- Planning and controlling machine installation activities across manufacturing
- Maintaining detailed resource and capacity plans for installation teams
- Creating and updating site installation plans and task data
- Attending internal, external, and customer-facing meetings
- Leading resolution of site issues
- Supporting the Head of Manufacturing with installation budget forecasting
- Previous experience in an engineering build and installation environment
- Experience in a customer-facing and/or leadership role
- Strong project planning and coordination skills
- Confident reading mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical drawings
- Proficient in MS Project and Excel
- Calm and organised under pressure with excellent prioritisation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal ability
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- 37.5 hours per week with flexible working options
- Early Friday finish and flexible start between 7:30am–9:00am
