An established company in the commercial and industrial flooring industry is seeking an experienced Project Contracts Manager to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Resin and Microcement flooring systems, strong project coordination skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients onsite and remotely to understand project requirements

Conduct site surveys and complete site audit reports in our system

Recruit and schedule fitters; manage workloads through simPRO

Collaborate with the estimating and operations teams to ensure seamless project setup

Organize plant/equipment hire and material purchasing

Deliver Toolbox Talks and oversee on-site safety and performance
-
Track progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth delivery

Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams
Requirements:

Experience in commercial/industrial flooring
-
Strong knowledge of Resin and Microcement flooring systems
-
Full, clean UK driving licence (required)

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Comfortable working independently and across multiple active sites

Experience with simPRO or similar scheduling software (preferred)
