Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Holiday: 22 days annual leave + bank holidays

Collection of all overage debt across the group
Daily allocation & reconciliation of bank account
Reconciliation of ledger balances
Investigate unidentified payments and assign to the correct customer account
Investigate and reduce unapplied cash across all entities
Responsible for processing and allocating Direct Debits payments
Sending out monthly statements
Creation of new credit accounts including credit risk assessment
Implementing of new accounting processes
General office duties and other ad hoc requirements
