My client, a Housing Association is on the lookout for a Contact Centre Advisor to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working between the office and your home at managers discretion. About the Role:As a Contact Centre Advisor, you'll be the go-to person for Residents reaching out about repairs and property maintenance. You'll provide valuable advice and information through various channels—phone, email, web chat, or in writing—and handle household-related inquiries to ensure first-time resolution.Key Responsibilities:•    Hit Individual Targets: Meet performance goals and contribute to team success, offering support to colleagues as needed.•    Handle Maintenance Queries: Address routine inquiries from leaseholders regarding maintenance.•    Support Neighbourhood Management: Deliver excellent housing and estate management services across digital channels, ensuring all Residents receive professional, value-for-money service.•    Strive for First Contact Resolution: Be proactive in investigating and resolving Residents' requests thoroughly.•    Ensure Access to Services: Make sure Residents get the right services and resolve queries/complaints efficiently.Working Requirements:•    Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 (rotating shifts within this timeframe).•    Hybrid Working: Split your time between the office and your home.
