We are supporting a company based in Basildon with recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Advisor. This is an office-based position working full time, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm paying 23,800 - 24,500 DOE. This company are passionate about delivering an excellent service, so to be successful you must be a like-minded, customer focused and results driven individual.
Duties will include:
* Accurately log helpdesk tickets with IT issues
* Respond to customer calls and emails, handling queries and issues
* Support the wider team with administration tasks
