Looking to recruit a Customer services advisor to join a leading Property Maintenance Contractor based in Basildon
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership for responding to inbound communications from tenants (calls and emails)
- Follow the contact centre script and/or system diagnosis tool to ensure the right information is captured and validated
- Accurately diagnose the issue by utilising the system diagnosis tool, supplemented by your own knowledge and experience of repairs
- Manage ingoing and outgoing mail/ inbox
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role ideally within the repairs and maintenance sector
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service skills
