Job Title: Factory Operative
Location: Basildon
Shifts: Rotating - 6am-2pm | 2pm-10pm | 10pm-6am
Pay: Competitive hourly rates + shift allowances
Contract: Full-time, ongoing

Key Responsibilities:
Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading materials
Carrying out quality checks
Ensuring the work area is clean and safe
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
Must be available to work all three shifts on a rotating basis
(6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am)Previous factory, production, or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Able to work as part of a team and independently
