Machine components using manual lathes
Interpret technical drawings and follow exact specifications
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance
Log production activity and troubleshoot minor issues

Experience with manual lathes and high-precision work
Strong engineering fundamentals: measuring, drilling, tapping
CNC experience is a plus
Safety-first mindset and team-oriented attitude
