Job Title: Print Finisher
Location: Basildon, Essex
Remuneration: 28,000 - 29,000 per annum
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm)
Responsibilities:
- Execute Zund cutting with precision.
- Mount and lay up vinyls onto various substrates.
- Apply laminating techniques to enhance print durability.
- Create stunning banners with taped hems and eyelets.
- Stitch silicone edging to fabric for a polished finish.
- Manage vinyl cutting, weeding, and app-taping tasks.
- Prepare materials and safely pack finished products for delivery.
- Collaborate with Production Managers on day-to-day operations.
- Uphold company health and safety procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in large format finishing.
- A methodical and thorough approach to tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and excellent organisational abilities.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work regular paid overtime as needed.
