Behaviour Mentor
We are looking for a confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a specialist education setting. This role is ideal for someone with strong behaviour management skills who can build positive relationships and support pupils with additional needs.
The role requires:
Proven experience as a mentor or behaviour manager in schools or similar settings
Positive Handling / Team Teach training (essential)
A confident, calm and proactive approach to managing challenging situations
Ability to build trust and motivate young people to engage in learning

This is a full-time role in Basildon borough starting ASAP.
