- Assemble components to meet delivery deadlines, working in line with agreed production schedules and quality standards.
- Ensure all builds meet defined quality criteria, following technical specifications and inspection guidelines.
- Adhere to company procedures, policies, and health & safety regulations, maintaining compliance at all times.
- Operate a range of hand and power tools, ensuring safe and effective use during assembly processes.
- Utilise calibrated measurement devices, fixtures, and meters to verify build accuracy and quality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, recording work in progress and quality control data.
- Perform repairs and rework on non-conforming products as required, ensuring components meet required standards efore release.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, with a strong practical background in mechanical assembly.
- High level of manual dexterity, capable of working confidently with small, intricate components.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and assembly drawings, ensuring accurate and compliant builds.
- Experience working with ITAR/EAR-restricted components, adhering to strict handling and compliance protocols.
- Desirable: Previous experience assembling high-precision components to tight quality standards.
