GSL Education is working with a number of friendly and welcoming nursery settings across Harlow  and the surrounding areas, and we’re looking for Nursery Assistants to join our growing team.

Whether you’re Level 2 or Level 3 qualified, or unqualified with hands-on childcare experience, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Nursery Assistant, you’ll support children in their early years development, helping to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where little ones can learn, play, and grow.

This is a fantastic opportunity to:

• Gain experience in a variety of nursery settings

• Choose full-time or part-time hours to suit your availability

• Enjoy flexible work that fits around family, studies, or other commitments

• Supporting children with play-based learning and daily routines

• Helping to create a warm, safe, and engaging environment

• Working as part of a friendly nursery team to ensure high standards of care

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (desirable, not essential)

• Unqualified candidates with experience working with children are welcome

• A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable attitude

• A genuine passion for early years education

• Ability to adapt to different nursery settings and routines

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
