Floor Layer - Social Housing Repairs (Permanent)

£34,000 - £37,000 plus company van + fuel card

Howells are recruiting for a leading social housing contractor to recruit a Floor Layer Operative to carry out reactive repairs and maintenance works to tenanted social housing properties in Essex and surrounding area.

Your duties will include various repairs in properties including altro flooring, cap and Cove and Flooring.Multi Trade Additional Requirements

Install Flooring
NVQ Qualified/City and Guilds Qualified
Valid Clean UK Driving Licence
Current valid DBS Check or be willing to undertake as required
Experience working within tenanted properties
Familiar with PDA usage
Clean, presentable, and must be eligible to work in the UK (with proof)
Looking for someone based in the Essex area.
