Fostering Senior Practitioner
Pay: 36,000 - 42,000 + 5k car allowance
NonStop's client, based in the East of England, is looking for a Senior Practitioner to join their non-profit independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.
In this role you will be overseeing a small caseload of around 4 foster carers and overseeing 2 other Social Workers on the team, providing support and supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise, support, and train foster carers
- Oversee two Social Workers on the team
- Build lasting and positive relationships in order to provide the best outcome for children
Requirements:
- Registration with Social work England (SWE)
- Driver
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
- Experience working within a fostering team
