What's the job?

Standalone HR lead for a manufacturing organisation in Basildon, Essex. You'll be providing remote support to other small satellite offices globally too.

You should be CIPD qualified (or equivalent professional qualification) and have great generalist HR experience, confident to support shop floor employees through to senior leaders.

Here's the important bits:

This role is equivalent to 3 days per week, but you can break that down into 4 or 5 short days if you'd prefer. There's loads of flexibility - you tell us what's your preferred working pattern.

Salary £50,000 (that's the FTE) with 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays, again pro rata this for part time hours) and contributory pension scheme.

Ideally you'll have been managing all things HR in a similar type of global business (manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, etc.) and enjoy doing the full scope of the role.
