Helpdesk Support
With an ever-increasing customer base means telephone and online queries/issues have to be dealt with in a professional and timely manner. Basic plumbing knowledge is desirable but not essential, as diagnosing issues over the phone to our customers with solutions is an important part of the role.. You will be first point of contact for Help Desk enquiries which will relate to product information, service issues, or general installation enquiries.
We require the Helpdesk Support candidate to:
- Acting as the first point of contact for service desk requests via phone, email, and service desk.
- Managing tickets in the service desk system, taking ownership of calls through to resolution and be proactive with all customers.
- Providing a high degree of customer service for all support queries
- General administrative duties, including general data input and customer database.
- Arranging collections and replacements with warehouse department.
- Helping in warehouse where needed.
What are we looking for in Helpdesk Support Candidate
- Enthusiasm for customer service and the willing to help people.
- An experienced multi-tasker, Ideally with experience of basic plumbing, if possible!
- Excellent interpersonal skills together with a strong customer focused approach.
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team, sometimes under pressure.
- Organisation skills and basic computer skills are needed.
- Experience in spreadsheets is an advantage
