A client of ours in the Basildon area are recruiting a Trainee Logistics Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm (37.5 hours) and paying up to 24,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Sort, scan and attach details to the system.
- Source PODs (Proof of Deliveries) from suppliers websites.
- Request PODs.
- Picking and Packing
- Quality Checking
- Stock counting
- Putting customer orders onto the system.
- Processing customer returns.
- Arranging freight couriers for customer collections and delivery.
- Ensure that filing is in order & filed correctly
- Label filing accordingly & maintain relevant spreadsheet to ensure staff are able to locate documents when required.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Trainee Logistics Administrator position:
- You must have 5+ years continuous educational/employment history with no gaps to be considered for this role
- 1 years' admin and secretarial experience.
- Proficient Microsoft skills
- Excellent communication skills
