Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Basildon, Essex
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Full-Time
About the Company: Our client based in Basildon is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor to join their small established team, you will be committed to providing and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and lead a small team of warehouse staff, providing training and support.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control.
- Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures.
- Handle any issues or discrepancies that arise in the warehouse.
- Pick and packing of orders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
