About the Role

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you’ll be responsible for preventative and reactive maintenance across the site, helping us identify and fix potential issues before they become failures.

Key Responsibilities
  • General site and facility maintenance

  • Machine repair

  • Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM)

  • Managing breakdowns and contractors

  • Scheduling servicing and equipment calibrations

  • LOLER checks on lifting gear

  • Budget and purchasing management

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong background in engineering and machine repair

  • Experience in manufacturing environments

  • Skilled in diagnostics, assembly setup, and machine tool use

  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills

  • Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Geometric checks experience (desirable)

Hours: Monday to Friday: rotating shift
