We’re currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Customer Service Engineering team, covering the South East London region.
?? What You’ll Be Doing
- Visit customer sites within your territory to perform servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of Jungheinrich forklift trucks and material handling equipment
- Manage and maintain parts stock and ensure accurate completion of service reports and timesheets
- Deliver excellent customer service through professional on-site support
?? What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for mechanically or electrically biased engineers from any of the following backgrounds:
- Automotive, HGV, mobile plant, forklift, or
- Ex-forces military vehicle engineering
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Hold a full UK driving license
- Have experience working independently
- Are comfortable in customer-facing environments
- Are proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented
