Paying up to 45p/h (Inside IR35)
Responsibilities:
- Operates as the subject matter expert in SAP Production Planning provides professional advice and makes recommendations to support business queries and requirements definition
- To self sufficiently, design and develop business / process enhancing solutions within SAP
- To deliver early life support for new solutions
- To support established in-house developed solutions
- To add value to existing business processes / procedures by improving efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist in the management of third party and internal suppliers
- Provide early life support for new Business Solutions
- Provide support for data migration projects as and when required
- Deliver projects from design to completion to achieve required business outputs
Experience required:
- Influencing and negotiating with key project stakeholders, using data and analysis to support reasoning
- Be able to challenge / respond to challenges on process issues
- Working with business experts and technical resources to facilitate incident & problem resolution
- Prioritise work and time to deliver solutions to incidents, problems, change requests and projects meeting Service Level Agreements
- Co-ordinate and supervise the activities of team members
- Take ownership of and solve more complex technical problems and issues within own specialty
