About the Role

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you’ll assemble components using a range of hand and power tools, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components to meet quality and delivery targets

  • Follow engineering drawings and standard operating procedures

  • Use calibrated measuring tools, fixtures, and meters

  • Maintain accurate quality and production documentation

  • Perform repairs and rework on non-conforming parts

  • Maintain a clean, audit-ready work area

  • Support continuous improvement and 5S activities

What You’ll Need
  • Strong manual dexterity and experience with hand tools

  • Ability to follow technical drawings and documentation

  • Understanding of quality standards and health & safety practices

  • Experience with ITAR/EAR-restricted parts (desirable)

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing/5S (desirable)

  • A flexible, positive, and team-oriented attitude
