Duties and responsibilties

  • Managed and coordinated all requests for information received from the Housing Ombudsman Service, ensuring accurate and compliant responses were prepared and submitted within required deadlines.
  • Liaised with internal teams to gather evidence, review case histories, and compile documentation to support clear and transparent responses.
  • Oversaw and managed the Housing Ombudsman shared mailbox, monitoring incoming requests and enquiries to ensure they were prioritised, actioned, and resolved promptly.Maintained strong communication with stakeholders, providing timely and professional updates to ensure queries were addressed efficiently.
  • Supported compliance with the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaints Handling Code by ensuring consistent processes and best practices were followed.
  • Contributed to continuous improvement in complaint handling by identifying recurring issues and supporting service enhancements.
  • Upheld organisational standards of accountability, transparency, and customer care, ensuring residents received a fair and high-quality service.
