?? What Youll Be Doing:Tenders & Estimating Prepare and submit competitive tenders and accurate costings for exciting commercial and residential projects.
Surveying Carry out site surveys and develop detailed project estimates.
Procurement Manage the procurement of materials and subcontractors, ensuring best value and reliability.
Project Oversight Visit sites, assess progress, and ensure work is on track, on budget, and up to standard.
Collaboration Work closely with a skilled and experienced team to deliver successful outcomes.
Experience in Estimating Youre confident pricing up projects and ready to take ownership.
Newly Qualified QS Welcome Recently qualified Quantity Surveyors are encouraged to applywell support your growth every step of the way.
