Key Responsibilities

To lead on employee engagement and internal communications for the business

Responsible for:

  • Implementing and owning the annual employee engagement survey programme and the reporting of results.
  • Identifying trends and opportunities from employee survey programme and work with the Senior Management Team to create deliverable action plans for specific business areas to continually improve engagement levels.
  • Ensuring mantra and values are brought to life and always at the forefront of any activities, messaging and communication.
  • The role will involve occasional travel to organise events and staff functions.
