A 12 month fixed term contract is available immediately within a well established Mortgage Office based in Basildon.
- The Employee Engagement Co-ordinator accepts responsibility for being seen as the heart and face of the office.

Key Responsibilities
To lead on employee engagement and internal communications for the business
Responsible for:
- Implementing and owning the annual employee engagement survey programme and the reporting of results.
- Identifying trends and opportunities from employee survey programme and work with the Senior Management Team to create deliverable action plans for specific business areas to continually improve engagement levels.
- Ensuring mantra and values are brought to life and always at the forefront of any activities, messaging and communication.
- The role will involve occasional travel to organise events and staff functions.
