The company:
Based in South Essex, you will be joining a well-known automotive component manufacturing business.
Due to continuous expansion, the company is now looking for an experienced Engine builder with experience in Engine build, ideally from a motorsport background, to join and be part of their manufacturing workshop team.

The successful candidate will be a part of a team in the Engine Build shop, assisting and guiding through all stages of the engine build process.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Strip and inspect engines.
- Identifying failure causes through analysis and feedback to the Bodyshop lead.
- Ensure engine build documentation is followed and completed accurately
- Support following teams with engine pass-off procedures, inspections and installation.
- Competent in measuring, inspecting, and checking engine components
- Follow engine build assembly manual and drawings.
This is just a summed-up list of responsibilities and other duties will be required.
Skills and Experience required:
- Experience Engine Builder
- Experience with IC Engines
- Experience in Motorsport, Aerospace or similar
- Ability to follow strict engine assembly manuals and guides
- Ability to work to strict quality procedures and safety steps.
