European Road Freight Import Clerk

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Import Manager to keep the department running like clockwork
• Entering job and manifest data into our Freight Management System (FMS)
• Coordinating with warehouses and depots to ensure smooth trailer off-loading
• Liaising with customers and agents across Europe to meet delivery timelines
• Tracking trailer arrival/departure times with hauliers daily
• Calculating costs and pricing for selected manifests
• Updating key operational spreadsheets with accurate, real-time information
• Assisting in data collection and presentation for monthly KPI reporting

You’ll Also Get Involved In:

• Supporting with invoicing and pricing for import services
• Organising completed files and keeping digital folders neat and up-to-date
• Sharing your knowledge by helping train new team members when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• A detail-oriented, proactive team player
• Great communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable with data entry, spreadsheets, and basic pricing calculations
• Adaptable and flexible – logistics waits for no one!
• Experience in road freight logistics is a big plus
