A client of ours in the Basildon area are recruiting a Trainee Road Freight Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm and paying 21,000 - 25,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Creating jobs and manifests
- Invoicing out in a timely manner
- Obtaining and preparing documents for the customs team to process
- Filing
- Liaising with our overseas agents
- Providing excellent Customer Service over phone and email
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Trainee Road Freight Administrator position:
- 1+ years of customer service, office, admin and secretarial experience
- GCSE Grade 5 (C) or above in Maths and English
- Confident communicator
- Excellent attention to detail
