Roofers Wanted - Basildon, 190-210/day, Temp to Perm Opportunity
We're currently looking for 3 experienced Roofers for a project starting in 2-3 weeks in Basildon. This is a great opportunity with the potential to turn temp to perm for the right candidates.
Job Details:
- Start Date: 26/05/2025 TBC
- Location: Basildon
- Duration: Temp to perm
- Rate: 190-210 per day (paid for hours worked, approx. 8 hrs/day)
- Parking: Available on site
Scope of Work:
- Complete re-roofing of pitched roofs across three estates (total area: 1,476 m)
- Estate 1: 454 m
- Estate 2: 412 m
- Estate 3: 610 m
- Tile Type: Marley Mendip - Smooth Grey Concrete
- Full strip-off and disposal of old materials
- Supply and installation of new tiles with full accessories and components
Requirements:
- Roofing experience essential, ideally with similar housing association work
- CSCS card and own vehicle preferred but not essential
- Must be reliable, skilled, and ready to work on high-standard residential re-roofing
