About Us:
247 CCTV Security is a trusted provider of security solutions, specializing in CCTV systems, door access control, and burglar alarm installations. We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Installation Engineer to join us.
The Role:
As an Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing:
- CCTV systems (IP & analogue)
- Door access control systems
- Burglar alarm systems
You will work across a variety of commercial and residential sites, ensuring high-quality installations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring security systems
- Conducting site surveys and advising on security solution
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Ensuring work is completed to industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in CCTV, door access, and alarm installations and maintenance
- Knowledge of various security system brands and technologies
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Good communication and customer service skills
