Female Domiciliary Care Worker

TDA Care Solutions are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Domiciliary Care Worker to join our dedicated team providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes across Basildon. You’ll play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and practical support in clients’ homes

• Assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation

• Supporting clients with medication and mobility

• Building strong, trusting relationships with clients and families

• Promoting independence, wellbeing, and comfort at all times

• Completing accurate care records and following care plans

Requirements: 

• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
•  Previous experience in domiciliary/home care is an advantage but not essential – full training provided
• A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorships available)
