Were hiring a Rehabilitation Support Worker to join a respected charity working across Essex prisons and probation sites. This is a floating position, covering for team members on leave or absenceso you'll step in to support clients already on caseloads, keeping their progress on track.

Youll provide 1:1 support focused on resettlementhelping people access housing, prepare for work, and take positive steps forward. Youll also help them build motivation and confidence, and stay on top of agreed action plans.

What were looking for:

Experience working in the justice system or with vulnerable clients (homelessness, addiction, mental health)
Or, a criminology graduate with relevant voluntary experience
Flexibility and confidence to work across different sites in Essex

This would suit someone whos worked as a resettlement worker, probation officer, housing support worker, or in employabilityor someone passionate about second chances and rehabilitation.
