ideal Location:Â Basildon, Essex or Harlow to cover London and East Anglia area.Â
Salary: Up to £150/day (approximately £37,000 - £39,000 per annum) - may be flexibility for an outstanding candidate. Van, fuel provided,Â
Hours of work: 8 hours per day but depending on clients' needs some days can be early starts or late starts.Â

Job Description:Â We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber Legionella Risk Assessor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in light plumbing works and water remedials, as well as experience in legionella risk assessing. This role is crucial to maintaining the safety and efficiency of our water systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform light plumbing works, including repairs and installations.
- Conduct water remedials such as disinfections and descales.
- Carry out legionella risk assessments in accordance with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 1 in Plumbing.
- Experience with water remedials (disinfections, descales, etc.).
- City & Guilds certification in Legionella Risk Assessing.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
