Our client is a growing tech based business who is seeking to hire a Senior Accountant. The role will suit a progressive ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified Accountant who is looking to join the UK arm of an ever growing global operation. The Senior Accountant will manage a team of 3 reports and be a No2 role to the Financial Controller. The role will suit a progressive and curious individual who is looking for a role where they can impact real change by looking at existing processes and procedures and seek to improve and enhance them.Responsibilities:路 Run month end processes (automate and improve)路 Balance sheet reconciliations路 Intercompany matching process with Group路 Fixed asset and IFRS 16 maintenance, including annual asset review路 ONS returns and submission路 Cashflow forecasting and cash pooling management路 Assist annual audit and statutory accounts process路 Reporting and business partnering of indirect cost centres, forecast and budget preparation for these areas路 Monitor and keep track of lease agreements路 Support property strategy路 Support import/export compliance strategy路 Identify opportunities for cost saving, synergies and EBIT improvement路 Monthly business review presentation collation and distribution路 Corporation tax preparation and review路 Optimise processes through SAP路 VAT returns for both UK and Ireland路 Multiple currency transactions路 Process flow documentation across financeA salary of 拢55,000-拢60,000 plus benefits.
