Role Responsibilities- Lead and grow the firm’s tax service line, focusing on both compliance oversight and high-level advisory projects
- Manage and develop a diverse portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients, including HNWIs, OMBs, and family-run businesses
- Deliver expert advice across CGT, IHT, succession planning, share schemes, and business restructuring
- Collaborate with fellow senior leaders on strategic firm initiatives, business development, and client retention
- Mentor and support tax staff, ensuring a high-performing and collaborative team environment
- Take an active role in raising the firm’s profile and strengthening client relationships
- Contribute to firm-wide planning and succession strategy as part of the senior team

Candidate Requirements- CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified with significant experience in a senior tax advisory role
- Strong technical knowledge across personal and corporate tax planning
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering strategic advice
- Commercially aware with the ability to lead and grow a service line
- Leadership experience and a desire to support team development
- Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to step into a partnership-level position
- Experience working with SMEs, family businesses, or high-net-worth individuals is advantageous
- £90,000 to £100,000 per annum
