Workshop Team Leader role available in a highly successful and international manufacturer of forklift trucks.  You will enjoy working in a modern and clean workshop within a people focused business. Full training will be given on the products.

The Workshop Team Leader role will be suitable for candidates from any kind of plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural, automotive or similar. You need to have leadership/management skills and confident leading a small team.

Reporting to the Workshop Manager you’ll be responsible for the day to day running of the workshop including a team of 10 engineers.  You’ll manage service, repair and PDI workflow and ensure all work is done on time and to the relevant standard.

The Workshop Team Leader Role in Brief:

·         Manage the workshop on a day to day basis

·         Team of 10

·         Ensure all H&S is adhered to

·         Complete inductions and training

·         Hands on when needed

·         Order parts

The Workshop Team Leader Required:

·         Experience leading a team and confident in managing a small workshop

·         Worked on cars, plant, HGV’s or any similar equipment
