Installation Engineer – Security Systems (Field based)
Location – Across Hampshire
Salary - £32k - £38k + Overtime Pay + Company Vehicle
We are looking for an experienced Installation Engineer to join our clients team working on IP CCTV, Intruder, Access Control, and PIDS systems – primarily in substation environments. You will take ownership of high-quality installations, work alongside expert sub-contractors, and engage directly with clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Install and commission advanced security systems to high technical and safety standards
Work closely with subcontractors and internal teams to meet project deadlines
Build strong client relationships through clear communication and on-site professionalism
Maintain accurate documentation and report project progress to your supervisor
Identify joint opportunities in Fire & Security with cross-functional teams
The ideal candidate will need to have:
3–5 years' experience installing security systems (IP CCTV, Access Control, Intruder)
Proficiency in systems like Galaxy, AXIS, Paxton, Hanwha, NEDAP, Milestone, and more
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
