Our client based in Basingstoke are currently looking for an Experienced Production Operative to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
They are a growing business offering a great opportunity to work within a brilliant team and really contribute towards helping them reach their growth plans. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and Production experience is essential.
Shift patterns and pay rates:
Monday to Friday
13.46 per hour (28,000 per annum)
Week 1 - 06:00-14:00
Week 2- 14:00-22:00

The Role:
* Working on the production line
* Carrying out production responsibilities
* Answering employee queries
* Prioritising own workload and supporting overall workflow plans with the ability to adapt to any changes
* Solving production issues alongside Production Supervisor
* Reporting stock damages, losses or concerns.
* Maintaining health and safety requirements
* Supporting staff, encouraging and motivating the team
* Logging start to finish process of products
* Provide training to new/existing team members
* Manual handling of heavy packages
* Adhering to health and safety requirements

* Versatile and flexible
* Health and safety knowledge
* Team lead experience
* Communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Heavy lifting up to 25 kg
