Your new companyA fast-paced, specialist distribution company offers hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 working from home) to an experienced ISO standards specialist with skills and experience across governance and maintaining standards. Your new roleYou will help keep the organisation aligned with regulatory and industry standards as well as corporate governance requirements.You will support the development and maintenance of regulatory procedures across the business and coordinate the full lifecycle of product complaints-from initial report through to resolution. You will identify trends in complaints and escalate any potential risks. You will work closely with suppliers and teams to ensure legal and ethical compliance. You will work internally to support the close out of audit actions, improve internal processes, and support the success of projects.You will conduct internal audits to identify gaps and recommend improvements, and you will collaborate to find solutions to quality or compliance challenges.What you'll need to succeedYou could come from a number of backgrounds for this role.
