We're looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to join a welcoming team in Basingstoke on a part-time, ongoing basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys front-of-house duties and is confident handling calls, greeting visitors, and supporting with general admin.
Key responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and clients
- Answering and transferring calls
- Managing post and deliveries
- Supporting with basic admin tasks
What we're looking for:
- Previous reception or admin experience
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Friendly and professional approach
