This role is crucial in supporting our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive personalised service, helping to facilitate the success of every project.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Process orders and quotes efficiently.
  • Manage incoming calls and queries from both team and house accounts.
  • Oversee the sales email inbox, ensuring timely responses.
  • Follow up on unconverted quotes to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Assist in executing reach-out campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
  • Verify delivery statuses and communicate any exceptions to customers.
  • Handle processing of web orders and callbacks for missed calls.
  • Advise customers on delays due to special-order purchasing.
  • Manage administrative requests 
  • Support Key Account Managers by monitoring their outgoing calls and assisting with their needs.
  • Facilitate communication between the Sales and Operations Teams to ensure optimal customer service.
