- Developing geotechnical designs and implementing solutions for both temporary and permanent works
- Preparing comprehensive technical reports and documentation
- Providing expert geotechnical advice and support to clients and internal teams
- Ensuring project deliverables meet high standards of quality and safety
- Managing project budgets and schedules effectively
- Mentoring and guiding junior engineers within the team
Job Requirements:
- Chartered status in a relevant engineering discipline
- Significant experience in geotechnical engineering
- Strong understanding of geotechnical design principles and software
- Proficiency in conducting and interpreting site investigations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Degree in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, or a related field
