A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Senior Civil Engineer to join a respected multidisciplinary consultancy delivering infrastructure, highways, and development projects across the South East.

You'll take technical ownership of design delivery, coordinate with project teams, and play a key part in driving innovation, quality, and sustainable design. • Manage and deliver multiple civil engineering projects on time and within budget.

• Lead detailed designs for highways, drainage, and infrastructure using 3D modelling software.

• Ensure all work meets current standards, legislation, and client expectations.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout all project stages.

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

• Support bids, proposals, and business development through technical input.

• Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng or equivalent).

• Significant experience in highways, drainage, or infrastructure design.

• Competent in Civil 3D or similar design tools.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

• Full UK driving licence.
