Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the commercial management of all live projects.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximise profitability.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial and contract management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to London as required.
