You'll play a key part in supporting the sales process from start to finish - combining technical drawing and costing work with strong administrative and customer-facing skills. No previous industry experience needed - just bring your enthusiasm, initiative, and a passion for learning.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the sales team with customer consultations and project coordination
  • Creating and refining technical layouts using bespoke design software (full training provided)
  • Assisting with pricing and costing to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Providing input on layout and lighting design to enhance project outcomes
  • Liaising with customers to clarify requirements and update them on progress
  • Offering vital administrative support to keep sales operations running smoothly
  • Pitching in across the team - including answering phones and general customer service
