A leading residential developer operating in the Southern region of Hampshire have a new opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join the business from their Basingstoke office.

As an Estimator, you'll collaborate with the Commercial team, focusing on creating comprehensive development budgets, estimates, and cashflows from the pre-land purchase phase to the final budget estimate.

Your role at Estimator will involve seamless handover to the Quantity Surveying and Buying teams. You will have worked within the southern residential sector, will demonstrate proactive independent work capabilities, close collaboration with the land team, and the upkeep of a competitive cost database.

This role is open to having Estimators with 5-7yrs experience or more Senior Estimator levels of experience over 7yrs+ within the sector. A relative and competitive salary will be offered along with significant benefits and bonus.
