Permanent PCB Assembler - Basignstoke

Do you have experience working on PCB's and looking to secure a permanent role where you can utilise and extend your skill set?



As a PCB Assembler, you'll benefit from:

  • Salary: 25,000 - 29,000 per annum (depending on experience
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
  • Holidays: 20 days + 8 bank holidays, increasing by one day each year (up to 25 days total)
  • Christmas Shutdown: Company closes between Christmas and New Year (3 days taken from holiday allowance)
  • Pension: Auto-enrolled company pension scheme

As a PCB Assembler your duties will include:

  • Hand print solder paste and hand place electronic components
  • Solder thru-hole components to a high standard
  • Inspect and verify assembled products to ensure quality and compliance
  • Interpret technical documents and specifications
  • Assist with problem-solving and support production and quality processes
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers when required


As a PCB Assembler, you'll ideally have:

  • Experience working with PCBs is essential
  • Confident in hand placement and soldering techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good computer literacy and ability to interpret technical data
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
