A dynamic, well-established technology company is seeking an experienced Part-Time Company Secretary to support its Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance orientated professional who values flexibility, responsibility, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to a business with a strong sense of purpose and continuous growth.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring corporate compliance and enabling good governance, working closely with the Group Finance Director to support the board and senior leadership.

? What You'll Be Doing:

  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining accurate statutory registers and records
  • Managing Companies House filings and advising on changes to company structure
  • Organising board meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes
  • Supporting directors with legal and governance responsibilities
  • Administering share schemes and liaising with external financial stakeholders
  • Handling company insurance renewals and online banking administration

Some flexibility will be required, and on occasion, additional hours may be needed (fully compensated via TOIL or overtime).

What We're Looking For:Essential:

  • Strong experience in a senior or executive role. Would suit a Finance Manager, Finance Controller, Commercial Manager, Accountant, Lawyer, Finance Director, Bank Manager
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and confidentially

Desirable:

  • Background in banking, legal or insurance sectors
  • Previous experience as a Company Secretary
  • Sound knowledge of corporate law and governance
