Production Operative - Basingstoke - £27k
Platform Recruitment have partnered with a special purpose machinery manufacturer in Basingstoke. They are looking to take on a hands-on and reliable Production Operative to help them meet production targets and their commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly and packing of machinery and parts
- Maintaining the quality of machines
- Performing quality checks on assembled equipment
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft 365).
- Prior experience in manufacturing/production
- Strong assembly knowledge
- Good physical fitness, there will be some heavy lifting required for this role.
