Administration Team Leader

Our client is seeking an Administration Team Leader to join a growing operations team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a key leadership role focused on ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, compliant administration processes, and continuous improvement. You’ll lead and motivate a high-performing team, oversee savings administration activities, and support key strategic initiatives within the business.

Experience working within financial services / banking is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the savings administration team.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet business needs and maintain service levels.
- Provide line management, coaching, and development to team members.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex customer enquiries.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and operational reporting (MI).
- Monitor team output for quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulations.
- Deliver training to support upskilling and onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support service delivery and communications.
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and best practice (e.g., BCOBS, TCF).
- Ensure processes comply with data protection, regulatory standards, and internal policies.
